lol welcome in the clan student and ranking up gives new jutsu

disadvantages are low regen on early game... that are disadvantage of rankhold.. if your gonna rankhold.. i suggest you quickly think of a jutsu you will use..

im a rank holder but i find it a neccesity because every uber has done it at a point but im not rank "holding" per say ima a perma jounin

Now i'm gonna retrain my nin off since Jarri told me to to keep my exp under 50 mill but since no one is giving me a fucking date when the War will be I guess you guys have to raise the exp limit thus giving chances for other strong people from their team to join.

My proposal plan:

Set a date for users near same exp to fight so the clan fights would be spread over a period of a couple days maybe..this is a war you know and they dont end in a day

This is so everybody thats in a diff time zone can fight with a designated person

With your regeneration rate of 338 per minute it takes you about 20914 minutes or around 348 hours to cap your pools.
